On the outside is two small garden areas, room for two cars, and a small fish pond with fountain. The main entrance is the double doors in the middle. The front room on the right is can be used as a rental, 5th bedroom, office or business.
Open the main door and take about 5 steps…this is what you see.
Taking three more steps reveals an open floor plan.
Glance to the right and you will get a view of the kitchen. It was updated about a year ago.
Look to the left and you will notice another room which can be used as a den or computer area. Behind that is an outdoor garden.
Turn around to see the front room from which we entered.
Heading up the steps to the master bedroom, we turn to the right and look down on the main living area.
At the top of the stairs is the master bedroom. It is my favorite. There is plenty of room for a king size bed and two small desks.
A huge mirrored, triple door armoire offers plenty of room for clothes.
Straight ahead is the terrace and to the left you can see the glass door to the bathroom.

The terrace is our private sanctuary. The foliage offers plenty of privacy and the double seat swing will rock your worries to sleep. This is what I will miss most.
Looking over the front rail faces you directly south. Air quality permitting, you will get a spectacular view of Mount Gede and Salak.
Adjacent to the private terrace is a second terrace, shared by two additional bedrooms. Either can be used as a rental.

The second room has a bed and space for a small desk. The AC keeps both rooms cool.
The kitchen also serves as a place to hang wet clothes.

B2 is a classy room with a large window. It can be used as an office, bedroom or rental room.
